Before we delve into the world of coding any further, I thought it was crucial to spruce our terminal up a bit since we’ll be using it for some time. From our previous post, you can see that the terminal looked bland and boring. This post will help us change the look and feel of the terminal to something
cooler like this:
Step # 1: The first step is to go to Terminal > Preferences.
Step # 2: Go to Profiles and simply select the theme you want. I chose “Homebrew”. Then, click the Default button afterwards.
Step # 3: Voila!
Doesn’t it look so awesome?
Stay tuned for more updates!
Hi there! I’m Sophie and I’m learning how to code.
I’m pretty much like majority of the population on Earth. I presume a lot of people are super interested to learn code but have seemingly zero time and no formal training at all. It might seem too daunting at first but it’s not impossible. I mean who wouldn’t be?
I’ve learned quite a few nifty tricks the past couple of weeks and I can’t wait to share it to everyone. We’ll go through each and every tool step-by-step (and leave the boring parts to long inundated technical books). I promise to make it concise and relevant because ain’t nobody got time for dreary tutorials.
Wait for my next post in a couple of days!
